Supporting a Safe, Sober and Memorable Prom
REACH Council’s Prom Pop-Up events help students prepare to celebrate prom safely and substance-free. Through engaging activities and conversations, participants learn about the effects of alcohol, tobacco, vaping, marijuana, and other drugs while exploring healthy coping skills, positive relationships, responsible decision-making, and ways to enjoy prom without substances.
After connecting with local community organizations and participating in prevention activities, students can select free new or gently used formalwear and accessories. Hosted each February or March at locations throughout Ellis, Johnson, and Hill Counties, these welcoming events make preparing for prom educational, accessible, and fun.
These events are made possible through the generous support and formalwear donations provided by Whatchamacallit and members of our community. Their contributions help local students prepare for a safe, substance-free, and memorable prom.
Donate Formalwear
We accept donations of new or clean, gently used formalwear, including prom dresses, suits, and accessories. Your donation can help a local student celebrate prom with confidence and style.
Please contact us if you have questions about accepted items or would like to arrange a donation.
