REACH Council is a non-profit charity and registered member of Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America. Our mission is to “support safe and healthy choices vital to the well-being of our youth, families and community.” Our youth & community coalition efforts began in 1987, and to this day we remain dedicated to combatting the issue of substance use in our community. Through community-based and school-based prevention programs, we strive to educate, provide alternative drug-free activities and encourage positive decision-making among adults and our youth.
