At REACH Council, we are passionate about combatting the issue of substance use in the Ellis County, TX community. As a non-profit charity governed by a board of directors, we offer community-based and school-based prevention programs to support adults and youth in making safe, healthy decisions for their well-being and that of their community’s. These programs include educational presentations, alternative activities, events, and other resources.
We are a registered member of Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America and are designated by the National Coalition Academy (NCA).
