Growing the Future for Johnson County Young Adults
Seeds to Success is a career exploration and goal-setting program for youth and young adults ages 15–25. Participants are paired with a trained peer advocate who provides individualized guidance as they identify their strengths, explore career pathways, stay engaged in education, and prepare for a fulfilling future.
The program helps participants discover more than a job—it helps them develop purpose, confidence, and meaningful connections within their community.
Program Services
Participants have access to:
- One-on-one mentorship with a trained peer advocate
- Weekly support groups
- Monthly social activities
- Career exploration and goal-setting
- Educational and employment guidance
- Skill-building workshops
- Connections to helpful community resources
Through mentorship, encouragement, and practical support, Seeds to Success equips participants with the skills and resources needed to achieve their educational, career, and personal goals.
Who Can Participate?
Seeds to Success is open to individuals who:
- Are between the ages of 15 and 25
- Live in Alvarado, Cleburne, Keene, or Rio Vista
- Would benefit from mentorship and guidance in planning for their future
